• Built an AI pipeline that automatically collects, structures and normalises product data from diverse sources.
• Used computer vision to recognise products from real (often poor-quality) supermarket photos taken from varying angles, and to extract product attributes from them.
• Matched products to existing categories and similar products via embeddings/RAG (similarity search), and classified them with AI.
• Also built a content and marketing engine that automatically generates blogs and recipes from real product data, with AI-generated text and imagery in a consistent, branded style.

• Fully automated the manual digitisation process of 15+ people with an AI pipeline.
